Helping Trees

If you are looking for where to find support in Kings County, there are Helping Trees that provide local supports for Food, Mental Health, and Pregnancy.

Our mission at Glooscap Elementary School is to foster an atmosphere of kindness, acceptance and compassion so our students can feel safe to develop the resilience needed to do their best learning, and to grow into respectful and successful community members.

Glooscap Home & School Association

All parents and guardians are welcome to attend the monthly meetings of the Home & School, usually held on the last Monday of the month at 6:45pm.


Daily Schedule

7:45-8:00 Students arrive and go to classrooms
8:05 School Instructional Day Begins
10:15-10:30 Recess
11:40-12:00 Group One: Lewis, Fitch, Wright, Burgess and Thompson Classes Eat

12:00-12:20 Group Two:  Rand, Chipman, Pinch, Young, Champion Classes Eat  
Please note when Group One eats the Group Two have outdoor play and when Group 2 eats the Group One classes have outdoor play.
2:05 End of School Day
2:15 Bus Dismissal
2:20 Buses Leave the Yard
Walkers and Bikers dismiss after the last bus.
